Where can I see tracking updates?

Orders are processed within 24 hours Mon-Fri. You will be emailed a tracking number during this time.

How quickly will my physical study guides be shipped after purchase?

I purchased the Digital PDF Only but now I want the Hard Copy. What do I do?

Send us a message on our Contact Us page with your Order # and email used for purchase and we will share Hard Copy Only pricing for you!
Can I access your study guides on multiple devices?

Yes, however each study guide and guided videos have unique license keys and passwords that cannot not be shared with others. Your digital copy should only be opened on your trusted personal devices. If shared you may be locked out of the digital guides and videos permanently.
How can I open the Anki Flash Cards?

1. Download Anki on your computer or on your phone/tablet from the Appstore.
2. Once installed open the Anki .apkg file you've received and it will load automatically.
3. Click 'Browse' to see all the cards tagged based on page number for the respective guide.
Are there any additional resources or study materials that come with the purchase of a study guide?

Yes, each study guide comes with a custom Anki Flash Card Deck for every page of the guide! We also have a FREE USMLE or MCAT Study Pack that you can get here.
Do you offer any free sample chapters or previews of your study guides?

If you subscribe to our email list you'll receive my Free USMLE or MCAT Study Pack that includes pages from my study guides. You can also see some content from the guides in MedSchoolBro's videos on his social accounts.

What format are your digital study guides available in?

Our digital study guides are available in PDF format, which can be easily downloaded and accessed on computers, tablets, phones, etc.
How do I access my digital study guides after purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your digital study guides. You can also access your the study guides right after purchasing on the Thank You page of our website.
What is the return policy for the study guides?

We offer a 7-day return policy for physical study guides that are unopened and in their original condition. Due to the nature of the digital PDFs, all sales are final on the digital copies only.

We strive to update our digital study guides on a regular basis to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. However, the frequency of updates may vary depending on the guide. When a new update is released you will receive the most updated version via email.
