Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We offer Free Shipping in the USA, and Free Shipping on orders over $100 (USD value) Internationally to most countries.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time is 1 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped and arrive in (on average):

  • 3-5 business days (USA)
  • 5-10 business days (Canada, Europe, Australia)
  • 10-20 business days (Rest of World)

How can I track my order?

When you make your purchase, you will get an order confirmation email immediately. If you purchased digital products with your order, they will be accessible in this email. Within one business day of your purchase, you will receive another shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number to trace your package.

I entered my address incorrectly. What should I do?

Please email contact@medschoolbro.com with your order number and correct address immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to correct the issue.

Packages with invalid addresses are typically returned to us. We will ship it back out to you but will send you an invoice for the additional/new shipping costs.

MedSchoolBro is not responsible for lost packages due to addresses entered incorrectly

Digital Access

How can I access my Digital eBooks?

When you make your purchase, you will get an order confirmation email immediately. Follow these steps:

  1. Activate your purchases by clicking the green access button which will take you to https://medschoolguru.com/
  2. Create an account on MedSchoolGuru with the same email address you made your purchase with
  3. You can now access your online eBooks any time by logging into your account. We recommend bookmarking https://medschoolguru.com/ for easy access

Do I get updates to my resources?

Yes, you will receive updates to your digital eBooks for the duration of your license. Each eBook license is granted for 1 year, from the date you open your eBook in our online platform.

Can someone help me access my eBooks?

If you are having trouble following the instructions in the above tab, please send an email to info@medschoolguru.com with your order number and details of what you’re experiencing and we will be happy to help you out!

Can I download my Digital eBooks?

You cannot download your digital eBooks. They are accessible online anywhere, anytime via our eBook platform MedSchoolGuru

Our platform has rich annotation features, with built in questions to maximize your study efficiency.

We are also working on an app so that we can also provide offline access. Stay tuned!

My order access has expired, what do I do?

The Access Button in your Order Confirmation email is valid for 7 days after your purchase. If you wait longer than 7 days your access token will expire. This is to protect your purchase. If it has been longer than 7 days since your purchase and you haven’t activated your eBooks yet, please reach out to us at contact@medschoolbro.com with your order number and we will help re-activate your purchases.

Our resources are very detailed and comprehensive for their respective exams, however we recommend that you use them in conjunction with your textbooks for a more holistic approach to your studying.

We do not offer Anki Decks. Our online eBooks come equipped with question banks to test your knowledge. We are working on Active Recall features within our platform, stay tuned!

I purchased the eBook only, and would like to purchase a physical copy. Can I get a discount?

Yes! We will provide you with a unique discount based on your previous digital purchases.
