Refund policy

Digital Files/eBook Return Policy

MedSchoolBro does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital files (eBooks). eBook access that has been emailed to a customer cannot be returned or refunded. This is due to the fact that once the email has been sent, it cannot be returned.

 

Physical Product Return Policy

MedSchoolBro has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the item is marked as delivered to request a return. (Note: Not all items are eligible to be returned.)

For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All Products are delivered in shrink wrap or plastic sleeves and must still be unopened in that condition.

Delivery Confirmation by Carrier

If the delivery service provides proof of delivery that matches the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, refunds will not be issued. This proof confirms that the order was successfully delivered to the correct location. If you believe there is an error in the visual proof, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate an investigation.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not typically allowed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but contact us if you need help.


Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email contact@medschoolbro.com immediately if any item is defective, damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if you are missing any item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that MedSchoolBro cannot provide a resolution if requested images are not provided. If your order was marked as delivered and you haven't received it, you must notify MedSchoolBro immediately. After 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed and MedSchoolBro cannot resolve the issue.


Incomplete/Incorrect Address  

MedSchoolBro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the item to the correct address at the customer’s expense, or we may issue a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable). If the order is not returned to us, we will not issue any credit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If you paid for shipping on your order, and then decide to return the order, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified via the email you used to place the order.

 

Sales Adjustments 

Orders that are placed outside of the time of the listed sale cannot be canceled, returned, or adjusted to receive the sale price. The only exception to this rule is for orders that are placed on the same day of the sale. If an order was placed on the same day of a sale and the sale price was not applied to the order, the price of the order can be adjusted upon request to reflect the sale price.
