Shipping policy

MedSchoolBro processes and ships orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays; If an order is shipped on a Friday with next-day delivery, it will arrive on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, it will arrive on Tuesday. 

Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking number to become active and generate location scans.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Free Shipping

All orders shipped to physical addresses within the United States will include free shipping. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located within the US. 

Please Note:

We cannot guarantee USPS, FedEx, or other carrier shipping times. If your address is in a rural area, there may be additional transit time. No refunds will be given for late shipments due to shipping delays. If an order was placed with an invalid address, MedSchoolBro will reach out to the email that was used to place the order in an attempt to fix the issue. If the purchaser does not respond within 6 days, MedSchoolBro reserves the right to cancel the order.

International

DHL Ecommerce International Direct

Your purchase will be processed and shipped in the order that it is received. A delivery date is not guaranteed. 

Transit time and carrier vary, but economy transit time is usually 5-20 business days, bearing in mind any carrier delays and clearing customs. 

Customs Duty & Taxes / VAT

International orders include customs duty and taxes / VAT. We try to cover these charges as often as possible, but for some countries it is impossible to do so. These charges vary depending on your destination, as well as the weight and size of the package. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact the carrier directly.

MedSchoolBro does not have control over any additional fees that may be imposed by certain destinations and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Delivery Confirmation by Carrier

If the delivery service provides proof of delivery that matches the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, refunds will not be issued. This proof confirms that the order was successfully delivered to the correct location. If you believe there is an error in the visual proof, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate an investigation.
